New brake pads and it still SQUEAKS!!!!!
I needed new pads on my front brakes so I got some new OEM ones from the dealer. I cleaned my **** all up with a bit of brake cleaner and my brakes still squeak. Its a constant squeak when going in reverse, but a squeak squeak squeak when going forward. What else could be causing the noise?

If the noise is constantly there I would say that the pads maybe are not installed correctly. Because alot of the times when brakes squeak is when the warning lip is dragging against the rotor.
I would pull the brakes and start all over. Clean everything and put back using the shims which should be supplied and also some brake quiet stuff (so many kinds out there) and then if it is still squeaking I would take it into a shop.

Re: (PupaScoopa)
If you replaced your pads w/o turning the rotors or replacing them, The rotors have a glaze from the previous pads. that is more likley your noise, it will eventually go away, but next time get the rotors turned when replacing the pads.

brake squeal is caused by the pad vibrating.....like a few other knowledgable individuals said, use some shims

likewise. Squeal can be caused by multiple things and shims wont necessarily solve the problem.
if you have a rotor with excessive runout, it can cause squeal. a mis-seated pad can cause squeal.

There are a few possibilities among the ones listed, but from what you said...no mention of brake grease and that the noise comes when you change direction (forward/back)... I'd bet you need some brake grease.
The shims keeps the pads in place, but won't stop brake squeal.. head down to any parts store, buy a packet of brake grease, take your pads back out (and shims) and use the grease to lube the back of the pad and the shim. (DO NOT GET THE GREASE ON THE PAD SURFACE).
That will likely kill the squeal.
