Default tranny problem, please help

sup guys...

I'm having a problem shifting into Reverse. This happened after I missed the 4-5shift @ redline First of all its VERY HARD to put into R. I'd have to literally force it into the Reverse. It dosent make that click sound into Reverse like how it's supposed to, it feels very mushy when I try to put it into R. Then when I do get it into R, i'd literally have to use almost all of my force to get it out of Reverse. I'd have to apply so much force it would go into 5th. If i play with it it's not that bad, but obviously something is wrong...Yes, I would pump the clutch, put it in 4th before R, press the clutch all the way in, all that and it dosen't matter. It's a bitch to put into R.

I'm going to replace the tranny oil ASAP and see if that helps. I have an ACT street setup with a CM flywheel if that matters. It's the B16 tranny. Anyone know what might be going on inside the tranny? Thanks.
