Ok i have a damn Y1 piece of crap cable trans. The stupid thing grinds in 3rd and 4th but i dont hear the grind i really only feel the grind. Also when i change from 3rd to 4th it will pop out of 4th gear. It was doing very rarely i thought it might me engaging the clutch but it happens almost all the time i have to hold it into gear.

Now when i race it will stay in 4th just grinds but you cant hear it.

I want to say its a blocker ring poped out of place maybe flatened.
Do you think i need to replace snycros? Are all the jdm trannies same as usdm as far as parts like snycros? Can i just get the replacement parts from the dealer?
Im frustrated please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
