So I was thinking about getting my friends 02 Accord 3.0 V6, it only has about 50,000 miles on it and he told me that one of the shifting solenoids went bad how he is sure this is the cause of the problem I don't know but apparently the car just shifts kind of rough from 1st to 2nd so my first question is will it hurt the car if I just drive it this way? because it really isn't bad doesn't bother me at all question two anyone know how much it is to have this replaced I already priced the part just not sure on labor and is there anything else that could be causing it to shift like this other than the solenoid? last is the sunroof leaks, needs a new seal I know on 240sx's you can't just replace the seal you have to buy a whole new sunroof so what about these cars? anyone know how much it'll run me? sorry for making it so long but the idiot at the honda dealer knew nothing at all...any help is greatly appreciated
