i got a problem with my tranny...i got a jdm b16 with a y1 tranny....the problem is it wont go into fourth gear at all...just grinds and spits it back out...so ive been having to upshift from third to fifth...everything was fine till two days ago now it grinds when i put it into fifth...sometimes it wont grind if i hold it in neutral for a sec while shifting and let the revs drop before i put it in fifth...the first three gears as well as reverse work flawlessly...im almost certain i need to rebuild this thing...u guys think i should rebuild or get a new one??? is a rebuilt tranny as strong as a stock one?? who makes a good rebuild kit for these trannys?? anyone know where i can find one for a good price...dont want anything cheap..any help would be appreciated...thanks
