Default tranny gone bad...

i got a b16 hydro and when i put into reverse it gets stuck, wont let me out in neutral. Anyone know whats up? IM gonna do a clutch install soon but i need the car to get around and dont wanna get stuck while backing up. thanks

Could be the clutch dragging - either because of a warped disk or maybe it just needs to be bled. But if so, it would stick in all gears, not just reverse.

it only gets stuck in reverse once in a while. it shifts every gear fine nothing wrong at all. only the reverse gets stuck, almost got stuck backing out of the parking lot at a all, almost cause traffic.lol

what clutch uguys think i should get? clutchmasters stage 1, act hd plate with street strip disk, or action stage 1ks? i got a 95 hatch stock b16a soon to have either stage 1 cams or zex cams, and a 55 shoot of zex?i was gonna go 6 puc but i want smooth shifts as i get alot of traffic.

get the CM stage 3 iv got it and it engages great, just like stock and i think that its the same price as stage 1 or 2

the stage three i saw it for 440 i believe at after hourz, th stage one is 123 dollars less.. anyone using the act hd pp and full face disk? or anyone know the cheapest place for the clutchmasters?or anyone use action stage 1ks?>thanks toyosupr for the reply.
