Default tranny clicking

I started my car up the other day and starting riding around when I heard this clicking noise coming from the tranny. Soon as I engage into gear and start to move their is this clicking noise coming from the tranny or maybe the axles. I don't have to be turning to hear the noise either so I'm kind of stumped on this. I have a ACT clutch and clutchmaster flywheel that I installed like a year ago. I'm going to drain the tranny then fill it back up and if that doesn't work I"m going to take the tranny off. Found this out today also whenever my speedometer stops working thats when it makes the noise and I can be coasting in neutral and it will make the noise.
