Default TPS voltage on DPFI

My buddy just rebuilt his motor. It starts up fine but the idle fluctuates(sp) I checked all the vac hoses and i came to a conclusion on the TPS. I checked the voltage and it was .58, isn't it supposed to be .45 . What are the ways to adjust it ?? is the TPS jacked?? I read about tapping the rivet lightly would adjust it??

The rivet that holds it on is a breakaway bolt. If you cut a slot in it with a dremel, you can unscrew it. Then move it a little to calibrate and retighten or replaced the bolts.
