tough rattling question-need help!

perhaps theres someon smart enough to answer this- i got a bad "rattle" (does not follow any set pattern) and its loudest at around 7000 (in and ount of VTEC) this is on a b16a3. it started right after they did my timing belt. any thoughts on this? could it perhaps be the lost motion assembly?

defenatlly lost motion assembely. just take off your valve cover and and push in the lost motion assembely if it has no movement then you should replace it.

how do i get to it to replace it? d i have to take the cams and rockers out?!

no just the cams. they have bolts to push them out you will see it when you open it up.

im looking at this pic

and i dont see any bolt that ur talking about... before i take the head apart i need to know exactly whts up (i REALLY dont have the cash to buy a hels yet)
