crowers are 45 lbs and you should have a Helms to tell you about your mains.

Can anyone else confirm 45 lbs on the crowers? I check their website and it had nothing, and I can't find my install sheet that came with them.

Indeed. 45ft/lbs for the crower rods.

Like it was stated before, check the Helms manual for your specific vehicle main caps.
