Default torque spec ? for valve cover and studs.

I replaced my valve cover gasket the other day and over torqued 2 of the studs. They happened to be to 2 the ones that also hold down the cam caps( the 4 studs in the middle of the valve cover between spark plug wires). I got two new studs but I need to know the torque specs and the studs need tightened down to on the cam caps, and also so I don't bust anymore studs, what are the torque specs for the nuts that tighten down the valve cover?

thanks

just tighten them hand tight, and turn the wrench 1/8th of a turn and you should be good to go, aluminum ***** up easy so dont tighten too much, and they dont need to be too tight

Yep, I thought it was about 7lbs, but hand tight should do it. No worries.
