Default I will try here. Torque spec ?

I tried tech and had no replies. I over torqued and snapped 2 studs in my head. They are the studs that are in the cam covers and they go up through the valve cover (hold it to the head) in the middle where the spark plugs are. I got some new studs. I just need to know what to toque them down to along with the nuts that go with the valve cover so that I don't do it again. it's for a b18c1. thanks
