Default torque head sequence

im going to be removing the head of my d16z6 to get it resurfaced...does anybody know what the bolt sequence is to remove it and put it back on and the torque spec for it..or link me a website that shows it..thanks

I actually believe that is the sequence for tightening, not loosening. Loosening it will the the exact reverse of that sequence.

Yeah i knew that it was just late and i forgot to mention that. damn i think its like 63 ft pounds. but you want to go in 3 steps remember that. 21, 40, 63. im not sure its 63 somecorrect me if im wrong.
