Default Top of block scratched lightly, can this be fixed?

I have an LS bottom end that is scratched and scuffed lightly across the top of the block. Will this cause a problem with the headgasket not sealing correctly? Can I shave the block to fix this? Thanks

If its not bad, you can deck the block. Also, if the gash is pretty deep you can get it welded at a machine shop before they deck it. Should cost less than $100.
