Toda B valve clearances, do any of you have issues?

Toda B valve clearances, do any of you have issues?
I'm running JDM ITR pistons in my GSR block with Toda Spec B pistons and a 2 layer mugen head gasket. I talked to a local tuner and he told me that i should be running aftermarket pistons with deeper valve reliefs because he is afraid that my valves might smack my pistons, causing death to my motor. I didn't really know JDM ITR pistons were big enough to give me valve clearance issues, what do you guys think?

Im running ctr pistons in my gs-r block with a stock head gasket. I have ef-1 m24 cams(298 degree duration on vtec) in my car and its runnin fine. Hondata goes on in a week so ill have some real dyno #s.

How much lift are those cams?
edit: Does anyone know if the JDM ITR pistons have the same valve reliefs as the USDM ITR pistons?
