Tire upsizing?

Tire upsizing?
Hey I own a 2001 Integra LS with stock 15's. I wanted to know if I can up size to a 16 inch but still keep 55 series tires on my car. I hear that I can only get 205/45 R16. Let me know if anybody out there has issues with this.
