Default Timing marks

My timing belt broke and I'm replacing it today, where do the timing marks need to be at when I put the new belt on? Thanks

All of them at TDC. It would help if you said which motor you are going to be replacing the belt on. You may have bent valves also.

I'm sorry, it's a 98 B18C1. We can't get the underdrive pulley off so we were going to try to do it without taking that off for now. Is there any way to tell where to lign the bottom one up without taking off the pulley?

If the cover wasn't put on it is possible But without the cover on it is hard to get the timing right. The arrow on the oil pump is pretty far away and the mark on the pully is not always accurate
