Timing belt walking off pulley
So i just noticed a weird kind of groaning sound coming from what seems like the crank pulley, and my timing belt keeps walking off the cam pulley like 1/2 inch. Push it back on and within 10-20 miles its in same spot
any ideas what causes this? Would like to have an idea of what to check out befor i pull it apart so my daily isnt garaged too long
Thanks!

Re: Timing belt walking off pulley
not sure off the top of my head on this year but on the newer hondas on the back of the crank pulley there is a washer its beveled the beveled side goes towards you if not it will eat the belt up and cause it to run off

walking off the cam?
Only thing I can think is the guide plates that go on the crank pulley. the concave sides go away from the belt.
