Default Timing Belt replacement

How often do you guys replace timing belts. I thought it was every 96,000 kms (60,000 miles) but I just checked a helms (because I'm at 185k) and it says replace every 144,000 kms (90,000 miles).

Obviously, a helms is a reliable source for such information but that's a difference of ~50,000 kms and I'd hate to have my engine destroy itself because I made an oversight.

It's just good measure to change at 60k if you live in extreme climates or drive like a madman. Otherwise just do it at 90k.
