Default timing belt install question

for a bone stock b16....when i line up the single mark on the crank pulley with the arrow on the block thats tdc right? (not the 3 marks where its white/red/white but the white mark where its all by itself) and when i line up the stock cam gears there is an arrow on each cam gear that say "up". thoses face up and then i can put the new belt on right? or ar there marks on the head that line them up? just needed to make sure cuz i cant find anything for lining up stock cam gears.

thanks

Theres a slot on the lower timing belt gear that lines up with the arrow on the oil pump. The time gears done just point up. There lines on the side of the cam gear. Lines two cam gear marks with each other with the arrows on the gear pointing up.

feel the bearing on the tensioner, if it's rough or loose or noisy, change it, I would change it anyways as that thing is as important as the belt itself.
