Default TIMING BELT HELP!!!!

I NEED HELP GUYS!! I have taken all the belts off my car now to change the timing belt. I got a 95 GSR. I have ordered the new belt from A & H. I just noticed that the part nubmers are different?!? My old belt is 14400-p72-004. The new one is 14400-p72-014. I have the new one on right now but its very very loose. Are these the same belts?? My car is up on stands right now. ARGH!

I have also posted this in the integra forum. Sorry to repost but I am desprate for help.

Yes, same belt. One is designed to be replaced at 60k and the other at 90k from my understanding.

At least that's my understanding.
