Ticking noise
When ever I drive my car I hear a ticking noise that increses in loudness the higher the rpms. It usually sounds really loud when I first turn on the car. Its a first gen b16a. can any one help??

Honda incorporates these little shock absorbers to keep the vtec rockers in check when they are not being used...when they go bad they don't cushion the rockers and the rockers tap themselves to death on everything

Cars will seize with spun bearings 99% of the time. If it is a bearing you are hearing, its not spun yet, but could be on its way. Sometimes you can 'feel' a mis-aligned bearing through the clutch pedal. Sometimes.
