Default Thrust Washer problem (fell out)

I took out my pistons yesterday, and this morning i noticed one of my thrust washers sitting on the ground, i know which one and where to put it, but i cant seem to get it in there!

how do i slide the thrust washer back in place without removing the crank?

i know it can be done cause if it fell out, there has to be a way to get back in there

thanks in advance for the help

There should not be anyway the thrust washers can "fall out" with the main cap on.If the thrust face on the crank is damaged or the thrust bearings are junk are the only ways they could fall out that I can think of.

i took off 3 of the main caps along with the cap bridge to get to the connecting rod so i can push out the pistons
