Throws out water from the radiator cap

I need help i changed the water pump on mine and the head gasket and whenever I'm about to start it up it throws water out rite away (radiator cap off) it throws it out rite away even when engine is cold

compression test to see if the head is sealing, and you cant just change the gasket and expect a head to seal
