Default throwing code 45

I posted this in another forum but no one is helping me so i thought id post it here and see what people think.

MY CEL came on this morning and i scanned it and i have a code 45 which means my car is running to lean...
What could be the problem with this? i just changed the fuel filter a few weeks ago. Is it possible my fuel pump is about to go out?

How can i fix this problem??

Could be a faulty O2 sensor. If it is reading rich, it will lean the engine out. Just an idea.

A code 45 could be too lean or too rich.

Check you fuel pressure regulator.

I can't seem to get rid of this code either. What if my fuel pressure is to spec: 47~52 (B18C5)? I'm wondering if the OEM Civic fuel pump I'm running is too small for the R motor. Does that make any sense?

could be any of the following:

Fule pressure to high or to low
Fule injectors are the wrong type (too big or too small)
Fule injortor is clogged
Fule filter is clogged
O2 senser is bad

Anyway, just some ideas of could be your prob...

A couple other things I have seen cause that code:

Valves adjusted too tight.
Leaking purge control valve.
