Default throwing code 4 on h22a vtec turbo

I was doing a compression test and after I put my wires back on turned the car on, it gave me the code. I cant seem to figure out where the crank pos censor is on the prelude. I also switched the dizzy also did a continuity test and resistence test as well and everything worked fine upto the wires that go into the ecu. I have a p28 running hondata. Could my ecu be gone or do I nee to reset my chip/program?

Have you tried clearing the ECU codes? Does it come back?
