throwing a CEL and i cant fix...help!?!

Default throwing a CEL and i cant fix...help!?!

my jdm b16 in my 92 civic vx hatch is throwing CEL #9 which all my research tells me that it is the Cylinder TDC sensor which is in the distributor. i am now on my third distributor w/ the same code and help anyone can offer??? thank you

have you reset it? (pull out battery wait for a few hours and put back on?)

The ECU can't tell the difference between a bad sensor vs. flaky wiring connections. Check the circuit - don't just assume it's the sensor itself.

yes i have reset the ecu...before each new distributor. i'll check the circuit tonight and see if its bad.
