Ok i swaped in a 93' d16z6 into my 91 civic hatch DX, but i noticed when i got my engine the TPS was broke(fancy sodering job later) its on, but my check engine light comes on everytime i slow down, now my friend said thats due to the broken TPS, anyways will my old DX TPS work on the d16z6?

You don't have to "mod" it, but you need to adjust it properly.
