Throttle Body ???'s

Is there anything I need to look for besides size.
I am looking at an STR 70mm.
Any positive or negative feedback on these?

idealy the bigger the better... the biggest stock honda throttle body is the ITR one... 62mm.. 70mm is real nice, but it comes with a hard to swallow price tag: $400

spoon 70mm throttle body is a great deal for $450 with all sensors and gasket. that beats the itr for $350 with no sensors or gasket.
