these replace the upper and lower correct?

The bottom one is for the rear, and the top ones are the torque mounts that bolt to the undrneath of the chassis from the block.

 

I know--what I don't get is if I get these then I won't need any of the inserts I have heard people talk about right? These replace the whole thing including the inserts upper and lower correct?

I need a bit of an explanation

 

I got it now, they are just the lower.
