Just look for high grade HEX bolts online with the same shaft size and thread pitch?

After curing where the adhesive hardens, the loctite can become very brittle. If there's any movement in the bond area, it'll break the loctite loose. It'll buy the fastener a little more time, but eventually it'll loosen.

Ok, special length bolts. Didn't know.
I think we're just shocked at the price. Titanium bolts cost 10$ each. I personally would tell QSD to go fornicate themselves for trying to charge me 10$ for a standard grade 8 flanged hex bolt. But I understand your dilemma trying to find a replacement. I'll search some and see if anything comes up tonight.

I am not understanding your dilemma. ARP doesnt make a head bolt/stud kit for a Nissan VG30 engine. I called ARP with bolt lengths, thread pitch etc...and ordered the studs,12pt nuts, washers over the phone.

Getting ahold of flywheel bolts should be gravy in comparison.

Is this with an aluminum flywheel? If so, try using a grade 8 or higher washer under the bolt as long as it doesn't cause the disc to come into contact with the bolt. The aluminum is too soft to get an accurate torque reading. That, topped off with the harmonics these engines make at high rpm will cause the bolt to back out over and over.

Why not buy bolts that are too long and have them machined to the proper length?

If it is aluminum, you don't need lock washers, just a good grade 8 washer. A lock washer would make it worse.
