Default Are these piston heights going to be OK?

This motor is a ZC to be turboed and street driven. Eagle rods and Rollerwave pistons were used. The machine work is done and paid for, so there is no turning back. Obviously more material was taken off the block than I woulda liked...but the machinist said there were pits that really needed to be taken out. It was supposed to come back to me witha zero piston to deck height. My main concern though is trying to find out if the variances between heights is going to cause me tuning problems with my 220+ whp goal. These are out of the hole but I will use a thicker Cometic gasket to get the valve clearances right. My biggest concern is the .010" difference between piston #1 and #4. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

any builders out there who can tell me if the CR differences between pistons with this much variance will make it hard to tune? or cause problems? Thanks.
