I was wondering what B-series motor has a thermostat housing with just one nipple coming out of the housing??

Ive searched on acura and honda automotive parts and cant find the housing im looking for. Ive searched for the B18A 90-93 LS, 94-01 GSR and 97-01 Type R. Ive even tried the 99-00 SI and none of them are the housing im looking for.

Also im not running a thermo switch. The part im talking about is where the thermostat actually sits in. Maybe its a JDM B16 or something. If anyone can help let me know.
