Thermal Expansion valve
First of all, I have no ideal where is this post belong to.
I recently changed my Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) from AutoZone and did all the pipe cleaning, exchanged the condenser and evaporator. Unfortunately, my A/C still not cold. I am guessing is my TXV not working right.
A friend of my said that I can buy the ARI certified TXV from the store which I went to checked and has been closed down.
Therefore I am asking if anyone know any website that sells ARI certified TXV.
If this is not the right place to be. Please move me to the right forum.
Thanks.

The system is fully charged and the compress does work good.

The line does feel cold. I have disconnected the cooling line going indoor. I read from both the low and high side and they are within the range when the car is in idle condition but once I gas up to around 3000rpm, the high side go up to around 300psi and low side drops to around 20psi. That is why I am thinking the TXV is not working right.
I only feel cold when surrounding is not too hot but once it is too hot I don't feel as cold anymore. I have turn on the A/C for an hour but still not cold.
