testing IACV and FITV

k, the prob is whn the car is in neutral the rev's go for 1000 to 2100 and i belive it may be one of the 2 things mentioned above anyone know how to tell for sure?

Did you clean both of them out? I had the same problem just yesterday. Cleaned out the Iacv- nothing, cleaned the Fitv- idles much better.
As far as testing, I know some people swap out a working fitv for theirs and check for changes. And the IACV, I think you can unplug while the car is warmed up and running to check for faultiness. Still kind of a noob at this so dont call me out on it.
