Default Test fitting pressure plate to flywheel. Have a problem....

Ok I've never really messed with with these items before but I am attempting an install. Well last night I test fitted my pressure plate to the flywheel. There were 3 small pins that I assumed line the PP up the the flywheel but it appears one is just fractionally off and won't let the pressure place go against the flywheel. Is how it is supposed to go or am I just retarded?

rotate the plate till all pops on properly....its not the same on all the side and fits only one way. on stock pieces usually you will see a paint mark on the PP and flywheel and these should meet inorder to work.

There are two dowels that are closely spaced with the clutch bolts, and one dowel is slightly further away. As stated above, the pressure plate will only go on one way.
