Default tensioner bolt stuck!!!

i put on my b16 head on my gsr block and when i was putting on the timing belt i tried to loosen the tensioner bolt and it was stuck it wont loosen or tighten i loosened it when i removed the old head and it was ok but now it just doesnt move!!!...LMK what u think ....thanks

Uhhh... try harder. Use a 6-pt socket and a breaker bar. It's not one you want to strip, either.

best bet is to get the belts off, the power steering out of the way, and then find the longest handle wratchet or wrench you can. I had to use a breaker bar with mine. use a six sided socket. if it strips, use the irwin bolt grip. torque wrench it on to verify that it is set properly @ 40 ft/lbs.
