Default Tech guys, come solve the mystery problem: VIDEO

Heres my setup before I go on:

Port&polish head GSR head
Milled .30
Skunk2 valve springs
Skunk2 titanium retainers
Ferrea valves
Extrude Honed Skunk2 Intake Manifold
RPM throttle body
gsr injecters
fpr set at 48psi

B18c1 with PR3 pistons, new rings

New timing belt, water pump, tensioner

New OEM 3 layer headgasket with copper spray

I did everything to spec from the helms, every internal bolt is torqued to spec

Timing is correct

When I drive the car, I have to ride the clutch a lot just to move, and it wont go past 2400rpm. I use about 1%-5% throttle. When I shift to 2nd, pressing the gas doesnt do anything, the rpms just drop in gear as if I wasn't stepping on the gas

When I try to rev it a bit in neutral, the rpms drop and stall

And theres no colored smoke coming out the tail pipe, only condensation

No CELs

Help me on this thx

compression test
4, 3, 2, 1
210, 210, 200, 210

edit: video of the car starting and reving

What type of engine management are you using?

Did you do any new wiring when installing the motor?

Double check your cam timing, it sounds like it is off.

the timing is dead on, i lined it up with the oil pump markings, although the head is milled, it should still run correctly with the cams at 0,0

Are you sure you have gas in the tank (fresh gas?) it really sounds like you are running out of fuel (bad pump maybe?)
