Default tdc...should i try to fix this?

I have a B18b non vtec and ctr pistons, every thing else pretty much stock
well when my cams are at tdc (the holes on the cams line up and the cam gears line up on the mark on the timing belt cover) the white line on the crank pulley is slightly torwards 1 o'clock 5mm (from the mark on the timing belt cover)
Should i attemp to fix this some how?

take off the crank pully and look at the timing mark on the oil pump gear,
it should be about within 1mm of the mark
