is this TDC?
Looks good to me. But you cut off the 4th cam mark on the right side of the bottom picture. All 4 of those grooves have to line up under a straightedge.
The only other thing is whether you've got the right tension on the belt.

No you have to buy a whole new car now!
All I meant was that it's not visible in the picture. So I can't lay a ruler across my computer screen to see if it's really OK.

crank is a little off to the left but if you put some tension it should line up. Its easier to hold the cams in place with some wrenches while someone else looks at all the marks

ya i put the crank pulley on and it moved a little to the right with out the cams moving. another question i had, when i put my crank pulley on it moved the crank key in a lil bit, now the key doesnt go all the way through the crank pulley is this ok?

yeah then thats sounds good then. the crank key can't go through all the way because you should have a gold timing belt guide(looks like a big washer) and then the oil pump gear itself behind it
actually looked at the pic again. what motor is this?

ls bottom end and b16 top, yah its the oil pump then the gold thing, then the black piece the timing belt goes on, then when i went to slide the crank pulley on it moved the key in a lil bit. but its still in the crank pulley like 50%. i think it should be good to go. i hope
