i searched i little more and apparently designed not to be taken apart, i have pathetic old design

the 2 screws at back have fallen inside so i need to take it part somehow, even if it means glueing the thing back together, someone must have done it

looks like i also gonna have to cut every wire and use connectors just so i can fit gauge into a pod

ok, drilled hole in back and got screws out but then realised i couldnt get them back in

in the end i managed to get bezel of, its press fitted on from factory so you have to put screwdriver in between bezel and casing and pry away all the way round

problem is it leaves you with ruined bezel so youll need to get new 1 which im looking into now

You should have just called AEM and talked to them. They would have been able to help you out.

They don't stock any for the old style. That gauge has been long since obsolete you shouldnt have taken it apart. Give the electronics department a call again and ask for Henry he will help you out.

difficult as im in u.k, i asked if they could provide newer housing and bezel so could retrofit mine into it but they say they dont stock them either so just couldnt be bothered offering any help

when i initially requested help they wouldnt offer any advice or do anything so i had no choice due to circumstances but to take it part

if poss i just need to get hold of newer style housing, bezel and face but dont know where to look now

If you were in the US it would be a lot easier sorry didnt know you were over in the UK. The older gauge style is not compatible with the new gauge at all. You would need an entire new gauge as the old gauge is obsolete and we don't have any replacements other than the new style gauge. Send me a PM to talk about this.
