Hey im new to the site but anyways im having some trouble with my tailights. when i turn them on its like they are on a delay or something. the colder the tempature outside the longer it takes them to come on. i had to replace the the center section of the harness buts this was a problem even before i replaced it. the dash lights are on this same curcuit and they dont come on either. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
