Default Tachometer and speedometer in one gauge?

I would like to make a custom gauge cluster in the near future, and I was looking for the tachometer that would also have either a little LCD screen or a small analog gauge on the bottom that would display the vehicle speed (2-in-1 type of thing). I've searched for quite some time on both, Google and Ebay, but haven't found anything.

I've made an approximate example of the RPM gauge I've described for reference

i know which one he is talking about, i just can't remember who bought one, it was a grip though, looks kinda like the motec unit
