You can buy those on ebay. UK has lots of those. might be from their market.
What it is, is the entire cluster bezel. Check out ebay, there not to expensive.. couple friends of mine have em.

Yes definitely not custom. I have the exact same one, same arrangement as well (except that instead of the volt gauge I have a boost gauge.)

u should get an autometer one. theres alot of other companies makine fake ones. autometer was the first to come out with those. the knock off ones block your temp or guel gauge or they just dont fit right.
