tachometer and motor skipping
I did a search and didn't find much except the possibility of a bad ignitor. Has anyone experienced the tach jumping around and motor hesitating before? It seems to be getting worse. Any advice and pointers would be very appreciated...thanks.

Re: tachometer and motor skipping (crxY-49)
I had a 92 Integra with the same problem. Check the coil for cracks. I replaced the igniter several times over the years and the problem was a cracked coil. The coil is located inside the distributor cap.

Re: tachometer and motor skipping (Xazzu)
loose blue wire inside distributor on the right side of igniter... pull it off squeeze the female spade fitting a little tigher with some pliers and reinsert it.. your problem will most likely go away!
