Icon2 Tach stopped working

Hey everyone, i just bought my first Honda. It's a Honda del sol with a b16a turboed. I bought the car from a friend and it needs some work. One of the problems is the tachometer just stopped working on the cluster and my digital one on the a pillar pod just reads 0. All of my other gauges are still working fine and I recently replaced my ICM. The blur wire that runs to the cluster seems to be fine everywhere I can see. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Check continuity between the tach signal wire in the cabin, and at the distributor.
