garret t3t4 on a b16 with cam gears hondata w/boost rc 440 Ive been hearing good and bad things about how the turbo spools someone told me 5000 to 5500 that is high as **** and I heard it is between 3500 and 4500 can someone give some good input

But from what I've heard, the turbo spools up around 4000 rpm.

with a 3" exhaust and EBC it will be about 4000~4500~ for full boost.

i would go with t25 full boost of 10lbs little below 3000 rpm. and good for 20lbs of boost

yeah but they get way hot @ that hight amount of boost then VE goes down the drain w/ T25s & doesnt flow enough CFMs for bigger engines. Its ok for smaller motors.

correct a t25 dosent flow as well as a t3 or t3/4
