Default Switching to the dark side?

I'm thinking of trading my 92 EG with a d16y8 swap for a crx si with a b16a ls trans swap. Only for the motor/trans and any other good parts because the crx doesnt have a title.

The fuel pump is out on the car which is why it don't run. I disconnected the gas line at the fuel rail and nothing came through. Also the fuel pump did not engage, but i;m not really concerned about the car. I jsut wanted to hear the motor turn over, which it does. Great. Absolutely wonderful. On the 4th when i get paid I'm putting tags on my extra vehicle so me and the wife both have something to drive. The rex will then be in the garage and I'll begin pulling the b16. I'm going to save the body until i find a good crx shell then use it for parts until the swap is done, then part out the rest, and scrap it. There are several good shells online. B) One on d-so I'm particularly interested in. What do you guys think? Good deal? I have $1300 invested in my car (body, motor, auto swap and misc things).

I posted this here,, because i'm an active member on d-so, but i'm not getting much input there on the B swap.

I like projects. Thats how i got my EG. I bought the shell, then a motor, then manual swapped it. I know what complete b16 swaps are worth, and its worth more than i have in this car ($1300). I'm already bored with my car cause its finished, and its not really what i wanted. I wanted a CRX, or EG hatch, but i settled for this 4 door.

Can anyone tell me what car this is out of? Guy is telling me its from a 92 integra LS. All the info i can find on LS's are b18's. This is a GSR motor right? I want to find the HP/vtec/redline numbers on it. All i know is B16A. I dont know B16Awhat.

In the US, the B16 is only from the 99-00 Civic Si.

In Japan, many different years of Civic Si had a B16.

* Found in:
* JDM Honda Integra RSi/XSi (DA6/DA8)
o 1988-1991 JDM Honda CRX SiR (EF8)

take a axle out. if you can clearly see the other axle inside the tranny from you end you got lsd. if there is something blocking your lien of sight of the axle it is non lsd will look like a big metal pin
