Default switch to obd1?? or stay non obd

well i have my poor man's type R in my crx now, its a b16 head on a gsr block with pr3 pistons and ctr cams... QUESTION is... im running a chipped pr3 ecu with a chip that i had a guy custom burn for me... but im worried that his burn is not close enough to make my motor run correctly.. should i just get another chip burned and get the timing and cam gears and fuel pressure set on the dyno?? or should i spend a couple hundred bucks and switch to obd1 and run a p28 with uberdata?? any comments are appreciated, thanks

the car runs right now, just has a tiny " miss" at idle, almost can't tell its doing it... plus for some reason it has a fuel cut rev limit at 7800... which i need to get rid of for sure..
