Default Swaping engines. OBD help.

Got a question in need of some answers and help! Ive got a low milage B18B1 that I want to put in my DA, problem is that my DA is OBD 0. I was thinking of taking all of the sensors from the A1 in my DA and putting them on my B1, so basically my B1 would be ready to accept the plugs from the OBD0 harness. Is this safe and possible? Or would I run into sensor issues because my ECU will be running the motor to A1 specs that may be different from the B1 specs. I fugured with an OBD0 distributor and all the sensors off the A1 put on the B1, it would work. I know theyre basically the same motor, so I thought this wouldnt be hard to do or unsafe to do. If anyone has any advice or anything it would be greatly appreciated!!!
